FAQs

Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, the minimum is 3 days. There’s no set maximum. Long-term rentals qualify for added benefits such as charging that’s included. If you need a solution for a year or more, consider our leasing option.
What’s required for commercial truck rental?

To get started, please provide a valid DOT number and proof of insurance, and complete a short application. We’ll walk you through it all and get you started as soon as possible.

Are there limits on mileage or charging?

No, however, other costs may apply.

Wear on parts: If you rent a truck for a long period and use it heavily, incremental fees may apply for wear on parts. For example, you could be charged for new tires.

Charging options and costs: You have a few options. Bring the charger back empty and we’ll invoice you, include a mobile charger with your rental, or handle charging on your own with permanent infrastructure or by using public charging stations.
